UPS Ground Service Timing

Shipping Options:
We typically ship your order within one business day of its receipt. There is a $5 handling charge on all orders. Insurance is charged at a rate of 35 cents per $100. We are able to ship to PO Boxes, FPO, and APO addresses. Please email sales@muthco.com or call 1-800-844-6616 to complete your order.

Please allow 3 to 5 business days after your order is processed for it to arrive.

Hawaii/Alaska and Foreign Orders – International Customers
For customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and all International customers, if you complete your order online, you will need to click on the area below where you live and add that charge to the cart to cover your additional shipping charges for your area.  International duties and/or taxes which may apply to orders are the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be collected or paid by Muth Mirror Systems.

Payment / Security:
What forms of payments are accepted?
Muth Company accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Payments can also be specially arranged via PayPal or wire transfer, so contact us if you prefer one of these methods. We cannot accept checks, cash or other forms of payment.

Are all transactions secure on Muthco.com?
Yes. Ordering from Muth Company’s online store is completed in a secure environment. SSL encryption is used to keep all credit card transactions secure on muthco.com. For further information, please review our privacy policy .

Will I receive a confirmation receipt via e-mail?
Yes. You will receive a confirmation email after placing an order. If you have any questions regarding your confirmation you may contact us at sales@muthco.com.

Returns:
What is your return policy?
Obtain a Return Authorization Number within 30 days from the date of original invoice. Return Authorization Numbers are good for 30 days. No return will be allowed if the return request exceeds 30 days from date of invoice. Any product returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. All products returned in the original packing, in a new and unused condition-with all parts, labels and instructions included-will be credited the original invoice price less a 25% restocking fee. Any product returned in a used condition or with contents missing will not receive credit. Shipping charges on all returned merchandise must be prepaid. Credit will not be given on shipping and handling charges.

Is it safe to order online?
All pages on the Muth Company web site where you provide credit card information use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. SSL encodes information transferred between you and the server and renders it unreadable to anyone intercepting the information.

How do I order if I do not live in the continental United States?
For customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and all International customers, please email sales@muthco.com or call 1-800-844-6616 to complete your order.  Duties and/or taxes which may apply to international orders are the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be collected or paid by Muth Mirror Systems.  If you complete your order online, we will contact you for additional funds because our website does not calculate the shipping costs for these types of orders. Typically, shipping internationally will cost $20.00 to $40.00 additional and we will ship via USPS.

What is pre ordering?
You can order soon-to-be-released kits through “pre-ordering.” Simply fill out the order information and submit it. We’ll process your order and ship it as soon as your kit is ready. Consult the individual kit information on estimated dates for availability. You will not be billed until your order has shipped.
