Sheboygan, WI -- Muth Mirror Systems has developed specific Signal ® Mirrors for the 2004 and 2005 models of the Nissan Titan truck and Armada SUV.  These specific Signal ® Mirrors are designed to retrofit the non trailer tow mirrors with heaters for the Titan and Armada.   Signal ® Mirrors for the trailer tow mirrors are in development.

The Armada comes with 50+ standard safety features designed to help families travel safer in an SUV.  While those features are designed to be useful in an accident, adding Signal ® Mirrors helps prevent accidents by alerting drivers around the vehicle.

Both the Titan and Armada use Signal ® Mirror retrofit kit #220-0179-H which has a suggested retail price of $269.  Professional installation is recommended.

A high-intensity red chevron flashes through-the-glass of Signal ® Mirrors when a turn indicator is activated.  The chevron alerts surrounding drivers in the "blind spots" of the  vehicle.  When hazard flashers are used chevrons flash in both mirrors.  The mirrors function as regular mirrors whether the turn signals or hazard flashers are on or off.
 
Unlike the adjacent drivers who see a highly visible lighted display, the driver of the Titan and Armada equipped with Signal ® Mirrors sees a subtle tell-tale display.
